What's the easiest way to deal with a lifted part of the edge in the back, when you need to keep wearing for several more days?

I usually clean up with a bit of solvent, then use Ultra Hold glue and press the area down for a few second

That same way. But the glue is on the tip of my finger which doesn't have much area. Tapes strips as i know are quite wide. I could cut them of course.
Oh you sort of sneak the glue in w/ your finger? Do you wait for glue to dry or just apply and press your base down?

Yes, exactly. And I put 4 layers and then wait 4 mins like the instructions say. Can't imagine laying that tape exactly to the correct spot. But maybe I just have to try and experiment more. Maybe it's not important that the whole edge is glued down, if the tape is strong and keeps most of the lifted edge down?

I just apply more glue to the scalp and to the base, like I did when I first attached it, and stick it down. I don't clean off any dried adhesive that might already be there.

What kind of glue? What kind of base? With lace you don't put the glue on the lace, but on your skin. Do you apply the same amount as you would when starting all over again?

I use poly and I attach with Ghost bond same as I usually do. One or two layers on my skin and one on the base. Usually I'd put three layers on the skin when starting afresh .
