What's up with Dr. Lee?

I ordered spironolactone on Monday and have yet to even receive an email verifying shipment which they normally send within 24 hours. Normally by this time I would have already received the sh*t. I've gotten my sh*t within 2 or 3 days of ordering every time. But here it is 4 days later and I have yet to here from them. I sent them an email yesterday and today and they haven't replied yet. I called 2 different phone numbers on their website and didn't get an answer on either one. What the hell is going on here? :evil:

Their having system problems. I just got my first order from them yesterday.

I had to send them an email to ask again what the status of my shipment was and they finally got back to me Wen. Their system was down Monday and Tuesday and my payment cleared yesterday in my checking account which was the same day I got my shipment.

Regardless, they should have called everyone to let us know what the problem was.

If you send them an email, address it to Glenn. He si the customer service guy I think.

I emailed them about the procedure for placing an order and they got back to me the next day (yesterday).

WHat's the turn around time for their products after filling out their paper work?

From the day I sent in my paperwork, to to the day I got my order, it was exactly 13 days. Which considering their system screw up, is an extra 3 days from normal.

What you do is submit and order with your Debit/Credit card, then they send you an email saying your order has been canceled and to print, and then send in a 3 page questionaire. You won't be charged till you get and email from Dr Lee and the re-submit an order.

Your package comes in the mail via USPS "R.LTC" Nowhere did it say "Regrowth" or "Dr Lee."

you can also call them to place an order. i would do this every time as opposed to online orders, as it seems safer to talk to a person directly....

ALSO - i learned this the hard way. if you place an ONLINE order within FOURTEEN DAYS of your last order, the system automatically erases it (under the assumption that it's a duplicate/mistake.)

in summation - ORDER ALL YER SH*T BY PHONE!

viceroy is right, I call them at 1-888-hairhair, order with my card and usually about 2 days later the goods are in the box.....

same thing here.. i ordered twice, first time they lost my order, not im waiting 4 days
