When will they stop showing that damn Snickers commercial?

Just when I thought that Snickers commercial with that guy named Steve had all but disappeared for good, I saw it FIVE damn times while I was watching WWE Raw on Monday night. To add insult to injury, my name is Steve too and last week a guy at work asked me if I was that guy from the Snickers commercial which prompted a chuckle from my fellow co-workers close by and then followed it with "I'm just teasing you, man". So apparently this commercial seems to stick in people's minds if they remember it which makes things even worse.

Btw, am I the only one who wants to just take a shotgun and blow that Asian guy at the end of the commercials' brains out? I think that enough is enough already and it's time for a new, less offensive commercial from Snickers because that one has been airing since the middle of football season.

I can't believe you're letting an f'ing candy bar commercial get to you. Stop being so sensitive and get a grip.

I caught part of it for the first time last night for the first time.

This office worker has about 10 snickers bars taped together in order to cover his balding head. Kind of like a snickers wig.

The comment totally came out of left field and caught me off guard so I didn't have a response ready to dish back. But next time, don't worry, I'll have some verbal ammo to fire back with.

Just watched the video. It's hilarious. It should be a lesson to not attempt masquerading reality. We all know or have seen the guy who has a "hair system" or sprinkles powder on his head, oblivious to the fact that others do notice. "No one knows." "No one can tell." The only one fooled is himself. Now that's something to be self-conscious about.

The guy could of..I don't know...picked a snickers out of the wig and ate it and said something like "oh tasty, i'd rather have a snickers than my hair" or some other corny commercial sh*t.

It strikes me that some of the people on this board have a greater problem facing reality and ditching their outrageous level of sensitivity towards the subject than they do with actual hairloss itself.

You guys are losing the biggest part of the battle regardless of what treatments you are on, simply because you perpetuate the problem for yourselves. You make it into a bigger deal than it really needs to be, and as a result feel even worse about yourself.

Snickers is the worst candy bar ever, but they should be awarded with a Nobel prize for successfully manufacture something that awful despite having cholate in it.


The key for they achievement, IMO, is the candy goo in between the bar. It´s like made of burned used tires mixed with industrial sugar. But I´m open to another theories.


The commercial sucks, but like many others. Why have they ever started to make funny commercials?. No fun.
