Where Can I Get Ethyl Alcohol For A Mixture?

I wouldn't be asking this question if I could get a hold of Ethyl alcohol, does anyone have a good source of it? Is there a benefit of using it over isopropyl alcohol?

Product has been discontinued. Very hard to find, I even tried the USA and Canada. Pharmacies don't carry it!??!?
