Hello there. First of all, i know this question has been asked a lot of times, but my situation is a bit more complicated. I need a shop that would ship to Lithuania. I tried to order from inhousepharmacy, but they dont ship to here. I had ordered fincar from unitedpharmacies, but it never came, im guessing due to customs, since ive read they ship somewhere from outside the european union. So i need an online shop that would be in the EU and would ship to Lithuania, and to make my situation even more complicated, id prefer to pay by bank transfer.

hello again, i have gotten a reply from UP and they said the package left for the destination on march 27 (checked with the tracking number, they were right), so now it has been 21 days since the order was shipped, havent received any notification form post office, so im gonna email UP again i guess.
I have one little question that i don't feel deserves its own thread, the top of my scalp, where i have least hair, feels kind of numb and tingly. I always thought it was because of the low blood flow at the top of the head, which contributes to my balding, but can it be something else? Is there any way to 'fix' this?
