Where to get Essengen-5 30% w reduced PPG?

Hi Folks,
I'm looking for essengen-5 with reduced propylene glycol (30% instead of 50%) but it looks like the site that
used to offer it, minoxidilmax.com is no longer in operation. Does anyone know where this product can
be obtained from or is it no longer available?
