What I never understood about this whole issue is, with UP and IP, they sell hundreds of other items -- do we assume they're fake too? I doubt it. You can buy acne medication (accutane), shampoo, even pills to be used after a sex change operation. Now, if these companies are going to fake Proscar, or another item, why not just have fakes for everything else too. Or are we going to believe that it's only Propecia and Proscar because those are the pills we're taking.
I've said it before, if you can get a prescription do it -- but there are people here on the success forums who have been taking finasteride from online pharmacies without problems. I haven't had any problems, either.
I think the issue is that people here about the possibility of fakes, and when they don't have any side effects (which should be considered great) or signs of improvement in the hair in two months, they begin to panic. Or another comment I came across was, "I took propecia ordered from online and it didn't do anything for four months, so I had a prescription and now it's filling in!" Well, it probably would have anyways, but you're leading yourself to believe otherwise.
