Brotzu's lotion if it is at 50$ a months or less. For other treatments I will make a decision after I see real results and depending on how screwed my remaining hair is.

Hank, Jessie and Walt... nice.

Im hoping Seti works to stop my NW1, get a PGE2 Protagonist and see what's up after a year. I still have a full head with thinning all across the top. If after one year the dormant follicles that have only been gone 2-3 years do not come back to life; then after a year I might get a touch up FUE.

At that point ill just wait it out until Replicell or Tsuji have been proven over a 5 year period. Then ill go that route. Im pretty sure everyone here knows by now I will probably try anything that does not limit, reduce or neutralize (other than in my scalp) my DHT; or impact my hormonal levels.

Futures techs will be effective for guys COMPLETELY bald (egghead) ? If yes, which?

It's really scary for those who have no hair ( total diffuse / extreme miniaturization )

If it isn't too much trouble could somebody make a list of future treatments in this thread? I haven't been keeping up with the hairloss scene for awhile now and I would like to do some research into things other members find promising.

We're not here to spoon feed you information. One look at the titles of top threads here would tell you the names of all the promising future treatments.

Anyway: Brotzu lotion, Histogen, Replicel, Follica, Riken/Kyocera are the most anticipated of treatments within the next 5 years with Riken being potentially a cure by 2020.

The premise of this thread makes no sense. We simply can't answer this.

We will use whichever future treatment works with a good safety profile. It's all any of us want. Be it Riken, Brotzu, Breezula, Turkish foreskins -- whatever it is, if it works, and it's made available commercially, we will use it.

Sure we can, and you did.

finasteride and Minoxidil are the only two currently FDA approved meds on the market and people refuse to take them because of potential side effects. There are already people saying "nope" to Brotzu because they're afraid of finasteride like side effects. Some are still low Norwoods and may only be overly concerned with RepliCel or Brotzu. High Norwoods or people with other types of alopecia will be especially banking on Riken. Some people won't be able to travel etc. Like, do you really think everyone is going to be able to make the trip to Japan when RIKEN's method is commercialized? They will have to seek alternatives or wait potentially many years for that method to become available in their country.

This thread is about what option seems most viable to you given your present and foreseeable situation.

In the short term anything that I can use at home without having to travel to Japan/Mexico/Bumfuck, Ohio would be preferable.
I am just starting a career and no way can I set aside the cash for something like that.
If an @ home treatment/lotion/whatever can get me to a solid thick NW2 and keep me there that is more than enough for me for the time being. Then when I am a bit more cash loaded and the tech has matured I can take a trip to Japan for that 17yr-old hairline.

Hence my qualifier -- a good safety profile. We all know dutasteride will be the next drug the FDA approves for hair loss; not Brotzu, not RIKEN, just regular old castration-in-a-pill.

If RIKEN's method is commercialized, not when. And yes, I do. People are already making the trip for Kerastem, thousands of euro, and that sh*t doesn't even work.

Oh, ok, sure! RIKEN! ... and Brotzu! Histogen, too! And Breezula! RepliCel couldn't hurt. Hell, let's pour those Turkish foreskins on my head while we're at it for a synergistic effect! There are so many options! Except... wait a minute. None of these options are viable because none of them are in fact options.

Not only are they not available to us now, but some of them almost certainly never will be.

Which future tech will I use? The one that works, with a good safety profile.

They're old and have lived through potentially decades of embarrassment, self-loathing and snake oil salesmen.
