Which is better?? Fluridil or spironolactone??

What are your guys thoughts these two?? Which one would you say is more effective at stopping hairloss??

Combined with finasteride do you think adding one of those two can completely stop hairloss?? and maintain?

I don't know the answer. I'm too new at this male pattern baldness "game".

spironolactone is usually considered as weaker topical antiandrogen than Fluridil.

However both have studies behind proving their efficiency.

There are lot of people on several hairloss boards having great results with fluridil as stand alone antiandrogen treatment.

IMHO Fluridil is stronger (and also more expensive) treatment than spironolactone.
