Which minoxidil product to use for me?

I'm a diffuse thinner who has tried Propecia, which did nothing and gave me too many sides, and I've tried Rogaine Foam, which gave me a shed that didn't end after several months and water retention in the face, so I quit that a few weeks ago, and now my hair is as bad as it's ever been. The foam really destroyed my hair, especially in the front, and I didn't feel like it was getting any better.

I figure I might as well try some kind of minoxidil products to see if I can save what hair I have left, but I don't want to go back to the foam, I hate that stuff. So, which minoxidil product is best for diffuse thinners, which is least likely to give sides like water retention, which have you guys had the best experiences with? I was thinking maybe Xandrox or Spectral DNC, what do you think?

If you can tolerate PPG, cheap ole generic Rogaine like Equate or Kirkland works great (better than foam IMO). Lee's, DNC, Remox are quite a bit more expensive but more user freindly

I'm far from an expert on min but if the foam didn't work for you, I doubt any other kind of min would be much different..I mean, the main ingredient is the same so :dunno:

If I were you, I would try using Nizoral shampoo and tricomin. Maybe even rovivogen, but I hear it doesn't work for most people who try it.
