I'll take a guess and say drop DIM. I think that has the biggest effect on hormones and could be the supplement that is causing the dizziness.

Also. I think you could be better off by taking most of these supplements 1x day (halving the dosage for most of them).

might be the finasteride. it makes me dizzy. I haven't heard much about that side-effect, but it's happened the 3 times I went on finasteride over the last 5 years.

having a bath in epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) made me feel dizzy / light headed.

taking transdermal magnesium (magnesium cholride i think) made me feel a little light headed but not as much as the epsom salt bath.

supplements for the most part are a waste of money and i'm positive that in the long run they can create more problems, eg taking vitamin X causes a vitamin Y deficiency in the long run.

also i don't disagree with any of the supplements you're taking, all of them seem beneficial and fairly safe. but all of this could be too much for the body, sometimes less is more.

Get rid of all of them and spend the money instead on things you enjoy.
But keep the fins and minoxidil.

You are losing hair not because of lack of vitamin x or supplement Y.
People in Third World countries have barely enough food to eat, yet men keep their hair no worse then the guys in western countries. Drunks on the street have terrible diets, are all of them bald?

By all means, eat well and lead a healthy lifestyle, but those things will not stop your hairloss.
