From experience they are all pretty bad.

Never heard of zinc cream for hair loss. spironolactone hasn't done anything for me and I haven't tried RU but some people swear by it

Don't let me deter you from trying it, but definitely don't expect it to be what the few users and many assumer's make it out to be.

I see countless posts saying 'give RU a shot, its great on the hairline' from people who haven't even laid eyes on the stuff.
