lossing my hair said:
i have a busy life and that minoxidil thing is a everyday commitment, but if i know for sure it can improve my existing hair at least i'm down to take it.
I hope this doesn't sound like I'm bashing you, but if it does, I'm sorry. I've read quite a few posts about people saying they don't have the time to put minoxidil on their scalp two times a day. I don't understand the problem. It takes me barely a minute in the morning and in the evening to do it. And it dries quite rapidly.
It's a simple remedy that may or may not work for some people - we're all different and different things work for different people. And you're not going to know if something works until you try it. But if someone doesn't have the commitment to take a few minutes out of your day to try a clinically proven formula, then (and believe me, I really hate to say this next part) I don't think they deserve to complain about male pattern baldness (unless they've tried it and it doesn't work).
No one deserves to lose their hair, but it takes years to lose it. And it's not going to grow back overnight. You've got to put in the time and commitment to do the things that will either grow it back or maintain it.
I mean, if the cure for heart disease or cancer or impotence was to put on a topical solution on our head twice a day, we wouldn't hesitate to do it no matter how long it took to do.
So, put on the minoxidil in the morning when you wake up or after your morning shower and your hair dries. Read the paper, eat breakfast, watch TV, surf internet p**rn, get ready for work, and by then it should be dried and you're ready for your day. Before you go to sleep, shower a half hour earlier, dry your hair, put on minoxidil, let it dry and go to bed.
Just give a try. It may work for you. You don't want to look back a year or two from now if you've lost a lot more hair, and think to yourself, "gee, if I only took the few minutes out of my day to do it, I might still have my hair." And if it doesn't work, then at least you don't have the regret of not trying it (which is something I regret).
You can do it! I have faith in you!
