Absolutely forget about topical finasteride- it may be marginally effective but oral finasteride is an extremely safe, well tolerated medication that has been extensively studied. It works and you're wasting your time with anything else. If you mess around with anything else you will look back and regret not taking finasteride straight away. Your hair looks great at the moment, you might keep it looking like this for 10 years, then you'll read this thread with relief knowing that you made the right decision. Also use nizoral shampoo and if you feel you need an extra boost try rogaine foam- though its probs best to save the minoxidil boost for when you really need it. In ten years you have the option to add dutasteride and RU but these are for when finasteride fails

No I used zix but I’m starting topical dutasteride once a week. Message me if you’re interested. I feel topical dutasteride can be more safe and effective

I would love to as well. I got addicted.I am no longer logging in that often, thanks to finasteride. And would like to decrease even more time spent here for obvious reasons. Can still engage in small talks though
