I went to my derm but she said only primary care and urologists can prescribe me it.

Weird, I went to a hair loss specialist and they were able to prescribe it to me. Have you talked with a hair loss specialist at all? If you schedule an appointment with like a hair transplant clinic and go in they may be able to prescribe duta, maybe call first?
