minoxidil? Here we go again with some spur of the moment unproven hairloss treatment. I have never heard of it. Go ahead and put some crap on your hair if you want... I'll just stick with my rogaine, thank you very much. :whistle:

Do you guys know where I can get a descent dropper that Rogaine once had. They now have this advanced applicator which I can't stand. Does anybody like this new stuff?

I agree, glcs2, everyone seems to hate the new dauber in Rogaine. I'll tell you what I did. When I went in for my refill pack, I was able to find one on the shelves with the old style packaging. You can tell the packages with the daubers because they have newer looking branding on them, and a picture of the dauber on the side of the pack. The second time, last week, when I got my second three-pack they ONLY had daubers. Luckily, the two droppers I saved from my old style Rogaine fit perfectly onto the new bottles, so I trashed the dauber and will keep using my two remaining droppers!

You could buy a generic minoxidil with a dropper, and then when you get your rogaine, pour the rogaine into the old bottle with the dropper? Make sure you wash the droppers and bottle thouroughly between fill ups, as I do with my droppers.

The new dauber is awful.

Go to a pharmacy and look in either the eye area where they have eye drops etc, or where they have pill cutters and pill organizers. You can buy glass or plastic droppers for about $2.

Whoever came up with the dauber is obviosuly not balding and needs to be castrated and shot.

Look on the side of the box that the dauber comes in. It has a 1-800 number to order an old dropper for free............"while supplies last...

I often of had toughs of just filling a big bowl with Minoxidil shaving my head and dipping my head into it. Talk about getting even distribution.

I kept my old dropper. Can't stand the new applicator. Hard to say where they came up with the idea for something like that...
