Why do natural DHT inhibitors always fail?

I am curious why natural DHT inhibitors always fail to produce regrowth compared to finasteride or dutasteride... I would appreciate your response.

Yeah I think this is a large part of it although there might be other reasons. A lot of natural stuff might simply not work how people often guess it does
