I just have a question

Why do people without baldness including girls and kids have little fine hairs and miniaturized hairs in the beginning of their hairlines????

And also I read that this hairs that are in the beginning of the hairline have different cycles than the rest of the hair

http://www.baldingblog.com/2008/07/16/w ... rs-normal/

and in another post there he replied with

"It has been my observation that people who are not balding can have thin hairs, which I call miniaturized. They may reflect long vellus hairs and are not actually “miniaturizedâ€￾, but measured from the scalp where the hair exists the skin, it is impossible to note the length of the hair, so I call every hair that I see which has a reduced diameter as miniaturized. From a disease or balding perspective, that may not be accurate, but from an observational point of view, it is backed up by many, many years of experience in my hands."|

other than that, theres not many other answers for that

because that , along the the vertex, is an area where hair miniaturization begins. It gradually spreads, but by that time the hairs that were once the front have fallen out, giving the appearance of the "front" always being fine haired.

I'm not sure, I always see those little hairs on the front of girls hairlines when they pull their hair back. I have a bunch too even though I'm not losing my hair (yet.) I've always had them, I just assumed they were natural, even for people who would stay a NW1 their whole life.

Because looking at the men in my family, I should start losing it very, VERY soon. I want to know what works and what doesn't so I can start treating it as soon as it starts. I read stories about people who waited too long and how much trouble they had treating it, I won't let myself end up like that.
I figure it's best to find out a few months early than to try to catch up a few years too late.
