Allow me to clarify, I don't correlate lack of hair with lack of self respect because hair loss is involuntary. It's not like we just chose to let ourselves go. I attribute the lack of caring about baldness to a general lack of social awareness. They must be oblivious to the very fact that baldness is disliked by our society.

It's that or suffer silently while acting like they don't care about it for fear of being reprimanded.

but what can we do, it depends, if we wear hair if we were bald before we'd need to move country or find/mix in with new people or something.

you would literally, have to drop everything and search out for new contacts.

It's about being lean and ripped, man. Work on reducing body fat.

Bulk starts to look bad on anyone who has over 12% body fat.

I get compliments all the time on my definition. Women love it.

How is bodyfat calculated? I'm pretty slim naturally, and my abs are reasonably well defined (no six pack though). I guess I have to confess to being lazy as well. I'm pretty happy with my body to be honest, although a little more muscle would be nice

you can plug in your physical traits into a bmi formula which i a very rough estimate of your body mass index

u shud get it measured by a doctor if you wanna be sure tho

Confirmed I was underweight which I already knew. As it's awkward getting an appointment with my GP as it is, I guess I'll just have to stay wondering!
