One of the mods is saying that you can get Revita that has 2% keta in the UK. How much of a difference does 2% make over 1%? In reviews it says only 7% hair regrowth over 6.4% for the 1%.kento said:The main ingredient is the same, the difference is that Revita don't have sls and plus contains other stuff. But can't beat Nizoral 2%
Thanks for the link in the pm. Wouldn't the extra ingredients in Revita outweigh the 1% more keta in nizoral?Petchsky said:You can't get 2% revita, but you can get 2% nizoral
How long do ppl leave nizoral in?treadstone said:Is Revita meant to be left on your hair? If it's just a shampoo, no matter how awesome the ingredients it seems like money would be better spent on other topicals. The only two active ingredients that stand out on the list are ketoconazole and the CP's... it might just make more sense to buy 2% nizoral and rotate with the tricomin shampoo.

Two bottles lasted you how long exactly?hair_tomorrow said:My personal opinion is that Revita initially held great promise - but didn't deliver. I went through 2 bottles back to back - and no help (for me anyway).
1) You've been on this board long enough to know that anonymous forum posts are not the way to determine the legitimacy of a product.Have there been any posts anywhere claiming that Revita stopped hairloss and/or helped w/ regrowth? I don't recall any.
That is totally, absolutely, unequivocally not recommended. Who is doing this? That will destroy your scalp skin. Terrible practice, very bad advice. :thumbdown2: Nizoral 1% is sufficient for hair loss sufferers, and it only needs to be left on the skin for the duration of the shower. No longer. It is to be used once every 3 days as well. Maybe more frequently if your itching and inflammation is really bothering you. This mentality that "more is always better" is a very simplistic, uneducated way of looking at treating hair loss. 2% is not necessary for most people and leaving it on overnight is not only unnecessary, its damaging.treadstone said:Most people leave it in somewhere between 5-10 minutes. 2) You've been on this board long enough to know that the vast majority of people who see success never mention it.
3) You've been on this board long enough to know that 2 bottles of even the most effective treatment on earth wont last a sufficient enough time to show results.
4) My understanding is that Revita is first and foremost a replacement for Nizoral. Its not a new rogaine and it doesn't exist to stop or reverse hair loss or grow cosmetically noticeable hair on its own.
So I don't understand

My tone is a reflection of frustration at the lack of extremely basic information some people maintain, despite all the information on this site.Sean68 said:hey chill out with your tone man. he was just mentioning he hasnt seen any results for himself or from anyone else theres countless posts like this
