Why is it that....?

Why is it that I notice many people on here have successfully got their hair back, yet celebs and famous people such as Wayne Rooney, Prince William and Callum Best are still losing their hair? They have a lot more money and would recieve a lot more information about what they can do to save their hair. Yet they still fail, where members on here are getting results from products like RU and minoxidil.

Not everyone cares about it that much.

Why do some people have grey hair when dying it is so easy, why do some people wear scruffy clothes when shopping is so easy etc.

Yeah i mean for celebs who are already rich and famous and have the model wife..they may just not even care. They dont run the risk of being the bald broke loser hahaha.

Also i would think that many actors get cast in rolls BECAUSE they're bald or balding (ya know there are bald characters too). Like would Jason Alexander have been cast as George in seinfeld if he had a NW1? Part of Larry David's fame is that hes bald. Same for guys like the guy from star trek whos name is slipping my mind currently.

Also, sometimes theres more stigma attached to doing something about it than there is to actually being bald. Many celebs get sh*t for having hair transplants or being bald one month and then having more hair a year later from propecia or whatever.

Well for sure some of them have used finasteride/minoxidil but there hair loss becomes too aggressive and those treatments aren't as effective.

Bollocks...

Being an ignorant idiot, you may not care why your model gf is with you, but if you give it a second thought, I kinda think no one likes the idea of being a rich sucker with top model wife, who's shagging a pool boy. If you know what I mean...

Again the extreme pessimists.
You think the ugly drug Lords are loved by their girlfriends too?

Why is that a powerful bald guy buying love is seen as some as pathetic by fellow baldies while a violent ugly criminal with a full head of hair doing the same thing is different?

Au contraire mon ami...

I'm in a kinda similar situation considering women like above mentioned hair loss guys. I happen to have a line of work (entertainment industry) that attract young and good looking girls, I party in VIP lounges in clubs, etc.

"Getting a girl" is not something I generally put much effort in. On the other side I can never really tell whether they're attracted to me or the job I do. That's why I'm always hesitating about taking a step further with a girl I meet during my work, because I am aware that in "real life" things might change quite a bit. I'm not saying I'm not enjoying my current status, but I am 99% certain I won't find my future wife amongst those girls I date in that manner.

The comparisons with alpha males in form of drug lords are redundant here, they represent only a tiny percentage of men and are rather an exception than a rule of a thumb.

The basic thing I'm trying to say is - I want a lifetime companion who will love me for who I am, not who I represent. After 5, 10, 20, 50 years it all comes down to that. And, don't worry... I'm not an envy, deppresed baldy... I'm still a NW2 or by some standards NW2,5, finishing my second degree now, had more girls than most of guys I know, I spend half of the summer on seaside and half of the winter skiing... so I really can't complain. :)

Lots of reasons but there are No Proven treatments, maybe these people are trying everything but its not working.
Most likely these people are too busy to research into these things, and as some people pointed out when you're rich, succesful and already have women throwing themselves at you. Who cares?

Just for the examples you mentioned though:

Rooney - As a pro sportsman cant use finasteride as its banned.
Prince William - As the future king cant be seen as being vain/insecure about something as superficial as hairloss.
Callum Best is probably on treatments since he had such noticable hairloss at a very young age and it seems to have held/slowed in recent years.

But all 3 examples have very agrresive hairloss and treatments probably would'nt work anyway.

Aw... my hair loss is aggressive though and I'm 18!! :(

I'm on finasteride, and it looks worse then it did before I started it. minoxidil is not suitable for me right now... :(

Best be a better treatment in the next four or so years!!!

That ban is no longer in place and Rooney has been reported been on finasteride well over a year. You're right though, his hairloss is aggressive and it doesn't look like finasteride is doing much for him
