Wich brands of supplements ?

I'm looking for some supplements , and since I'm not living in the US I don't know much about all the brands and their respective quality .
I'm looking for :

-Spirulina
-curcuma
-resveratrol
-quercetin
- And maybe also Emu oil

I don't take capsules with gelatin inside so veggie caps only .
iherb.com seems good with a lot of choice ( too much even ) and reasonable shipping .

NOW Foods and Doctor's Best are reputable brands. iHerb is good, but if you want really strong resveratrol, you should order it in bulk powder from somewhere else.

Now foods caught my eye for the bulk spirulina and other stuff , looks good indeed .
What do you suggest for resveratrol ?

FYI stay away from NOWs spirulina/chlorella. Tastes terrible, esp. if you getting that powder.

Id suggest Earthrise, better quality and taste.

Id suggest for spirulina go with 'Earthrise', one of the best brands for this, much better than NOWs which smells and taste horrid

Stop worrying so much about supplements and just get in the gym and eat right. Then worry about supplements.
