wig help...what are the best wigs out there

One of my friends used to do swimming and faces the same issues, I think that Indique human lace wigs were the best one that worked with her swimming at the end.

How should I even choose the best lace type? Is it possible without actually trying/buying a wig? There are so many variations, I'm a bit lost
