Hi

I'v been using propecia since 2003 with no side effects that slowed down my hair loss to almost a full stop.
thinning in front, middle all the way to the vertex.

my goal is to thicken my thin hair in the front middle (just above the forehead).

will Topical Spironolactone plus (S5 plus) help me reach that goal somehow?

I got no benefit from minoxidil by the way

That's probably not known. It would be awesome if you would try it out for us as you are a specific and informative example, you are resistant to side effects and you already have full benefits from propecia.

S5 does have a different theoretical mechanism.

Please try it for six months, with pics.

so you add minoxidil after propecia ? propecia stop your hairline and crown thinning?
and bro oral spironolactone is madness unless you are a transgender .
you should try dutasteride instead

I guess you just need to try it yourself.. I am pretty sure it can only help :). I bought the old version of S5 cream (2 pots) and still have them both stored in a fridge. One pot will last for a very long time as you only need a tiny amount to apply to and around your hairline.
Give it a try :)
