Will finasteride dose really impact sides at all?

Hey guys,

Took my first 1mg pill yesterday- I asked Doctor about lowering the dose at first to let the body adjust and he said it's really something where taking finasteride is taking finasteride- dose shouldn't matter.

I could see it psychologically being beneficial but I'm curious as to any data or what we have found out- debating if I should take another 1 mg pill today or do 1 mg every other day for a couple weeks. Thanks guys

Yes, it will impact the chances for sides but honestly, if you get sides from 1 mg you are likely to have sides even on a lower dose. It is simply to play it on the safe side to use 1 mg a day.

But really google it, you will find much more information about it then and hear opinions from different sides.

Find an aromatase inhibitor. There are ways around estrogen related side effects.

i would advise anyone against taking it but if you must,,, start with half a pill per day and see how you feel,,,any signs of sides like lowered libido or ed etc then stop it right away..................

side effects are some feelings you get in your body when you introduce to it - something new / or - something new which had been used before, but than stopped.

if you decide on taking something to treat something -
like taking fins for hairloss -
you should really get out of you head the words 'side effects',
just ignore them,
they goes away,
or you die.

As far as I know there's no evidence that starting with a lower dose makes any difference in the frequency of sides. Just take the recommended 1mg and dont worry about it

This may be a stupid question, but what is a good aromatase inhibitor that most people use while on finasteride? I'm not trying to hijack this thread but I am going to start propecia within the next couple days after I take my blood tests.
