I think we as men are confusing Hate with lack of physical attraction and disdain. Hate would mean they literally leave bags of flaming ****e on our doorsteps or throw acid in our faces.

Thats like saying we hate fat girls. We dont hate them we just dont find them attractive. We should really start to differentiate the two. There will of course be some girls who make rude or nasty comments but on average most just ignore a bald guy or try not to interact when approached.

All women could still be turned on by a bald man and I think the attraction some women feel for their bald boyfriend is genuine.

No, here it's hate, they have been told by their peers, by society to hate bald men, through movies and TV shows.

And through their girlfriends, sisters and mothers who are as entitled as them and spewing the "eeew he's bald" everytime they have the chance.

More just unattractive people in general and not so much bald in general. Of course there are REALLY good looking bald guys but its rare.

Take It's always sunny in Philadelphia for example. The show has a bald guy, and surprise! It's Danny DeVito who plays an angry, manic-depressive, disgusting middle-aged man.

So I rest my case, hate on bald men is very real in today's society.

Actually Danny Devito saved the show. The reason he is on is because after season one the show was going to be dropped and the cast needed a producer to help finance. They went to Danny Devito through word of mouth because they heard he liked the show but he demanded to be on the show. His character is all his own creation. Also remember that in season 2 to like 5 he was actually a very rich and savy business man. The past couple seasons he delved into the sewers and got wierd but he made a point to express that. Also the ENTIRE cast are losers not to mention the creators of the show so thats why the cast is who they are. They all write, direct and act in it.

Danny DeVito could have very well sported a hair system for the role, it wouldn't have taken anything from it. The few bald jokes on the shows fall flat.

I remember this scene where Mac pretends to be a cancer patient with a bald cap and the lady he's talking to tells him his beard hair should have fallen off from the chemo too.

He then replies all angry "I'm not even bald, I have a full head of hair, unlike him!" and then slaps Danny DeVito on the head. What was that for? It was not funny at all.

If anything it just shows very well the entitlement and privilege guys with a full head of hair have over bald men.

For most men they are seen as a second class citizen when it comes to the opposite sex. Something to settle down for, a second choice at best.

Im not disagreeing just saying that HATE is a very strong word. AVERAGE Bald men will never get those hotties or the one night stands. Even as bordering NW3.5 to 4 I wont anymore. We're not able to do that unless we go through expensive surgery.

She can lose weight but to change her face she would also need surgery. To be rid of the glasses she would need contacts or surgery again. To improve you appearance you could work out and dress nice. You would NOT (in most cases) be as attractive as you would with the hair option but it would still help.

Her tits droop. Thats surgery, no working out will fix that. You see where Im going. Its her fault shes fat but maybe shes fat because shes depressed and feels helpless against the other aspects she doesnt like. Like we do about our hair. Many guys here have said "why work out when I am bald anyway". Hell Ive even questioned why I work out, but I still do. Its just the only competitive edge I still have in some situations.

The social influence is huge. I remember watching the Italian Job when I was young. Jason Statham's character was called "Handsome Rob." I thought to myself "sure, he's handsome, but he's bald!" That's what people learn from a young age. It wouldn't have been seen the same way in hunter gatherer days. The media screwed balding men.

Here in the US teeth are a HUGE deal to women.
I used to get complimented on my teeth all the time (when I got complements).
Issue is teeth are MUCH easier to hide (crowns or dentures), much easier to lie about (fight or car accident), and require a one time fix (braces). Not to mention Braces are considered kind of cute to a lot of people. No one says "what an adorable hair piece"

My brother needed braces. My ma told me "well at least you didn't have to dish out money for braces like your brother did".
"I would gladly dish 5K ONE TIME to fish my teeth than a lifetime of repeated surgeries and misery dealing with hair loss"

The worst part is my pops is an utter depressing FAILURE in life. At least if you father was successful, EVEN MODERATELY, you could have that to say to your self but knowing hes such a BALD LOSER makes it worse by far. Knowing thats your future. You have to wonder "would he be such a waste of skin if he never went bald?"

Hot girls please themselves differently, they have the standards and all but it's more from their own perspective (and I'm talking about natural hot girls, not the plastic ones), while regular looking women sort of look for what they believe they deserve, meaning better than what the hot girls naturally get or what their friends envy.
