I am looking at rogaine and it says it's intended for vertex thinning and not for frontal baldness/receding hairline.
The only reason it says that it works only for vertex thinning is because they didn't do any testing on receding hairline, so they cannot advertise it. It might work for you or it might not. Give it a try. Some people had success on hairline.
permanent side effects? where have you read thatOk I already ordered it but it's taking a few days. I doubt I'll take finasteride since the side effects can be pretty bad, I'd probably rather be bald than have permanent side effects. Also I'll take 10000 mcg biotin with the rogaine.

It was the comment section of this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/tressless/...oes_there_seem_to_be_such_an_antifinasteride/
How about going after actual studies rather than some reddit post
Ok, best of luck budStudies do say that it can cause decreased sex drive, etc. even though it's rare. Also studies can't describe the subjective experience the same way.
No, most people will not shed on finasteride, Minoxidil yes but not Finasteride. I would check if your Finasteride is legit!Guys I'm taking finasteride1mg ED for almost 3 months
I saw some improvement in density initially but now after 3 months I'm shedding like crazy and my hairline has thinned out a lot
Is it the regular finasteride shed or something else
Has anyone faced shedding after 3 months of finasteride??
Please reply
Hi Murkey.Minoxidilmax Essegen will satisfy your needs.
Yes i have tried it. Unfortunately for me I am hyper sensitive to Finasteride so had to stop after a month as my sides returned. If you are ok with Finateride it is the best way to take it.Hi Murkey.
Have you used Essegen? What did you think? I'm wondering if this topical finasteride is worth it? Does it make any difference? Having a two in one sounds great in theory.
Hmm. Might be worth a try. I didn't have any sides with finasteride. I like the idea of combining two meds in one.Yes i have tried it.
