I have no knowledge of what the beginnings of male pattern baldness looks like when it comes to the crown. Just checking in to make sure it looks ok? Thanks in advance everybody.

could be thinning or coudl be the same as its always been. Has it changed at all? If it has then thats a problem

just monitor it closesly and get on finasteride if it gets worse.

The problem is I haven't really started checking my crown until a few days ago and I have not been able to find any pictures of it before then. I'm hoping it just looks bad because of the being fluorescent lighting from the bathroom but I'm not sure.

100% normal. Go look at other people with long hair. It has to part somewhere...

Oh my god. You dumb f*** he's 18. Ive had a similar crown like that since i was 17 and i'm 23, and it's not budged an inch. Its also possibly the thickest part of my hair.

Do not listen to the propecia salesmen below, you're crown looks fine, i've had a similar one for the last 5 years, and it's not moved an inch, and male pattern baldness runs through my family. These sad bastards are probably envious of your hair, and are sitting in their mums basement with.a nw7 twiddling their thumbs for a cure and shooting down other kids and duping them into taking propecia at such a young age. I repeat, your hair is fine, do not take propecia.

I said get on IF it gets worse. If you're crown is balding that young you are destined for sever hair loss and finasteride is the only thing that will save it. He's fine for now though I agree, and would not advise finasteride yet and not advise it unless he thoroughly researched and covered his bases.

But strong reading comprehension, sub 50 IQ #confirmed.

Kayfabe your loss gets real bad or you try and get an hair transplant but the doctor says you gotta go on propecia first we will be here for you bro

Keep an eye on it. Come back in 6 months and 1 year and compare that pick, if it's gotten bigger get on minoxidil at least.
