I've been working out all my life and i have to say that i have not noticed anything, from me or my family members that would signal working out is related to hair loss.
Absolutely absurd. Apparently the contrary is true, some studies have found a link between sedentary lifestyle and metabolic syndrome and Androgenetic Alopecia. So if it's any consolation, working out and exercise in general is something you want to make a habit of regardless of Androgenetic Alopecia, simply because it's healthy.
i was just thinking if you you are working out 5-6 times a week for a couple hours a session make sure you get extra nutrients
( Vitamins, fatty oils, proteins, minerals etc ) because your body will need more of it. If don't don't get enough nutrients, it may affects your hair slightly but it won't trigger massive hairloss.
Also make sure you get enough rest between session. You should work out every other day. If you are working out non stop every day for a long time of time you are basically doing more damage than good. Rest is as important as excercising and nutrients.
