Working out and losing hair

I have male pattern baldness. I don't plan on doing anything about it because with my luck, I will get nothing but side effects if I try to take any medication. I'm just not a lucky guy. I never was. I have decided to work out. I want to have a six pack. I want to be fitter than the average guy. That is the goal. Even if my hair falls out, I still want to look like a respectable man and not a bald wimpy little guy.

That being said, I have heard that working out causes your hair to fall faster. Is this true?

Anyone else want to answer my question? The last response was dumb and pointless.

Some will say that it does accelerate hairloss and some will say it doesn't. Even if you are lifting heavy which elevates testosterone levels, apparently it doesn't elevate enough or long enough to have a significant effect on male pattern baldness. I personally believe it depends on how sensitive you are to androgens, I feel like during the months that I maintain low Body fat(8%), lift heavy with compound exercises, and use very short rest intervals between sets my male pattern baldness is accelerated. Just my personal experience.

You wont know unless you try.
There is no such thing as being a lucky or unlucky person but with an attitude like that you doom yourself to failure. He who dares, wins!

In theory hairloss happens because of dht which is produced out of testastorone with that being said the more you work out and eat properly the more testastorone you naturally produce which means a highger chance for more dht i guess.
but overall this is brosinice kind of i dont think it has been sintificly proven. and if u have the gene the hairloss will happen either way so may as well be buff as **** at least right :D? so i'd say go ahead and work out

My hair feels firmer and tougher from working out, especially cardio stuff like running on treadmill. I can see the case for androgen production to those with sensitive hair follicles but I think the blood flow to the scalp stimulates hair follicles.
If your on dutasteride or finasteride and this is being blocked then the excess testosterone may actually help the hair! Sounds crazy I know, but think of it this way when did someone have their best looking hair - in their teens and early 20's.
Why? Because hormones like testosterone turned it from fine to thick in puberty. Now to pinpoint the chemistry of hormones that caused that affect and we might say we are onto something in terms of the war on baldness.....
