Well me doing weights to build muscle or burn calories cause my hair loss to increase? Will I be able to build muscle while on finasteride also? Any suggestions are welcome.

Yes, you can gain while on finasteride... but, why do you think that working out would increase hair loss?

It might make you lose three, maybe even four hairs.

Much better to be fat and (slightly less) bald.

As someone who has worked with a few personal trainers in the past,

You want to avoid heavy weights with few reps., I'd emphasize on doing much more aerobics, this would be awesome for your hair.

run for 30 min a day min.

Justin, check my link :)

I think it's good to watch how long you run for, or take short breaks reasonably often!

I mean Hoppi, you gotta understand running is the most beneficial exercise for human beings. Of curse he shouldn't strain himself running too long, but the benefits of pumping all the blood and oxygen, cleaning out the system, removing lots of those built up hormones which started this whole prcess to begin with, is very important to note.

I'm not saying you're necessarily wrong, but for me personally, when ever I run, my hair looks great for next few days.

Yeah yeah but just not for REALLY long times. Anaerobic endurance exercise is baaaad! Or at least too much of it anyway :)

That's all, running is awesome, just don't overdo it basically!

You two were made for each other. But careful not to ejaculate it might make you go bald.

Lol, s.a.f., you remind me of the perverted radical statists trying to seize this country right now, you should move over here, you'd fit in quite well.
