You have nothing trust me

Your hair is awesome, especially so for a 28 yo
I am 26 in a few days not 28, but okay.

Its just worrying that I the hair feels and looks a bit thinner back onnthe crown but I guess if that's normal I should just try to relax

Would it be a good idea to go back to the dermatologist i saw three months ago to see if there has been any change since they diagnosed me with Telogen Effluvium? Or should I wait longer than 3 months before doing so?

I keep getting paranoid that its gotten worse since then, but perhaps that's just me remembering how it looked incorrectly as the few pictures I have from the time do show little change

One last thing that is worrying me: when I run my hands through my hair close to the scalp it feels like there are a bunch of shorter hairs mixed in. Is this normal? I am worried they may be minified hairs, though I also feel them on the sides and top too, so maybe its its nothing.

So my anxiety about this has come back after a few days due to having been finding several small (1 inch long or shorter) hairs laying on my desk? Is this normal? I am starting fear that the I really do have an early stage male pattern baldness instead of Telogen Effluvium. Is it possible the scalp biopsy results i had three months ago were wrong?

Or am I just freaking out for nothing?

So I managed to find one single picture of my hairline from a year ago. Does it look like there is any real change? Sorry, I am starting to really panic about this again. I don't want to go bald, at least not in my 20s or 30s.

So I just saw something that put everything in perspective: my younger brother who is 20 already has a Norwood 2 hairline, maybe even Norwood 2.5. Which means he most likely inherited my paternal grandfather's hairloss pattern (as my father is in his 50s with a Norwood 1 still and my maternal Grandfather never went past a Norwood 3)

Btw, what Norwood would you say I am at this point?
