I've heard that spironolactone CREAM (not oral) can be a good alternative to finasteride. Is this true and if it is why don't more people use it?

Yes it's not a bad treatment. I used it for 6 months with no sides. (I use ru now instead which is better again). It gave me noticable regrowth and is more effective than revivogen. I used it once per day only.

Its alright for spot treatment, but keep in mind that's all it's good for.

Surrounding areas will still be affected by DHT, and the only possible way to counter act this is to inhibit it orally through the blood.

What most people don't understand is that all though some may receed in a pattern fashion, every where else is gradually being diffused in addition to the areas that are most noticible.

it's not uncommon for someone to become NW3 then all of a suddent start diffusing through out their whole scalp.

Thanks for the reply man, but can't you use the cream all over your scalp so the amount of hairs being diffused can be stopped ?
