I won’t lie. I’m in a fragile emotional state as it is, and seeing some of these replies made me cry a little. Sometimes when I look in the mirror I think “That’s not me. I’m not that person. I swear I have more to offer than this”. But I can’t change what’s happening, and I feel ashamed of what I am these days. I feel ugly, and I think for the most part, this thread confirms that a woman with no hair = ugly. Even the whole “only if she wears a wig” thing. I always said to myself that if I feel like the battle is lost, I will shave and be shaved openly. No hiding. Seems though even that is going to make my life miserable. This Is why I won’t let anyone in. I’m at an age where, as a female, your hair should be a glorious mane of youthful beauty. I entirely lack that quality. Man. I feel so f*****g low.

Oh and by the way, I was brave enough to shave my head once. You don’t understand what that takes as a female. Right now I couldn’t do it again because I’ve lost so much of my hope, but at the time it was so freeing. And I was STILL THE SAME PERSON.

Most guys wouldn't find a bald/balding woman attractive just as much as most women wouldn't find a bald/balding man attractive. But guys still have it harder since a woman can wear extensions, wigs, etc. and still be accepted by society whereas if a man is found to be wearing a wig or toupee he would be looked down upon by society as being insecure as he's laughed out the door.

When i see your comments i imagine ugly girl with no hair then i saw your pics and wtf .You are very pretty with shaved head too lol i would say that you post pics only for compliments but i know what hairloss does.It makes people feel ugly even if they are good looking.I am getting angry even at everyone who says me handsome or sh*t like that because i feel like they are joking,but for real you are pretty and even if u are completely bald u dont really need hair with that face.
