bald people will always be seen as social lepers, even if they look quite good, their still BALD which is seen as a social abnormality.

honlesty if we were ALL bald and looked good people would still think its really wierd that people don't have any hair.

it will always be seen as wierd, unless your well into senior citizenship and you have AGE to your face then BALDNESS on top of that, this makes social sense, having baldness and no age on face is like the ultimate social clash.

Nope. The only one that think it is weird is YOU.

Oh no wait you are right. Having no hair is weird(alopecia universalis), but male pattern baldness is so common nobody gives a sh*t.

It does decrease your attractivness, even if you look better bald(it happens) it is still a disadvantage purely because of the fact that a guy with a full head of hair has a choice.

But your're making it a much bigger problem than it really is. How dare you say a big nose, huge forehead or being purely ugly etc. are nowhere near being a cosmetic flaw comparable to baldness. I bet you would be the first to complain if you had one of those traits.

About confidence. It is not purely an enviromental trait. Some people are just more prone to developing mental barriers and depression.

Some 5'5"guys avter several failures with women will shelter in their dome while others will focus on their career to earn lots of money knowing that those who once rejected them will now eat from their palm.

Sperm banks weed out the short and bald and even those potential donors with a grandparent who died young, and it leaves us with those loveable jocks. Sounds innocent enough. What parents want a child who, given the 50-50 chance of being a boy, could go bald at age 45 after the parents are dead?
... Yet who can blame the parents when the stupid society we live in shuns darker skin (and short stature and bald heads).

PS: Damn, this gourmetstylewellness.com thread is the second link on google for "sperm bank baldness".

I agree with this in actuality. But Im also a fan of eugenics personally.
I would JUST make criteria but we always all say why pass the baldness gene on. Why now are you guys mad? Are ANY of you actually walking into a sperm bank tomorrow?

In the end A woman accepting donor sperm will want her child to have the BEST possible chances so why not look for the best possible donor. Problem is many of these banks lie about their donors and caliber.
I have zero desire to donate, well thats a lie Ive thought about it for fun lol.

If you want my opinion I think ALL people should be artificially inseminating. All men should be sterilized at birth (well snipped not sterilized) and when you are ready to RESPONSIBLY have a child you go to a doctor who will either decide you are physically and mentally capable of bearing then your sperm is manually removed and inserted into your spouse. If not you can choose from a selection of possible screened donors.

But I see the world as WAY over populated and full of stupid people.
This would save on unwanted pregnancies, mouths to feed, resources used just plain dumb people, and weed out possible birth defects and diseases.
