I asked questions.
The context determines whether or not a word is used as filler. It's not based on the word it's based on its position and if it change the meaning.
Did I say it was a filler word, or did I ask questions?

The definition of fill is to occupy space. When the word is used in the beginning of the sentence, it is not unnecessarily placed between a beginning and end.. which is space....as a filler word is.
The correct response would have been, no.... it is not a filler word as it does change the context of the sentence and it is not between a start and end point filling space. This is how it changes the meaning: xyz.

I asked a question, then answered below , in great detail.
Again, you feel a question is the same as a question and a multi sentence detailed response.
As before, I asked him a question.

Not sure why you keep highlighting questions that I ask.
A question cannot be right or wrong, it's a request for information.
Get some rest, try harder tomorrow. It's unlikely you'll do any better though....

I don't think it comes as a surprise, to anyone, I'm not at a loss for things to say....
as Iread my immediate response... I fix typos, misspellings, and punctuation...I also think of other things I'd like to add ... and how I can better, and more clearly, make my point...
I "typically" don't do it after someone responds to it.
However if you respond, while I'm editing, before I click update.....you may incorrectly think so... And when there's 3 of you responding with stupid comments immediately...doesn't leave but seconds....
If you read through your statements and were more cognizant of how they come across..and how they could be improved...you would write much better too.

The criteria for being a filler word has nothing to do with the word itself. ... Nor is it grammatically incorrect. There's no section in the dictionary of filler words.... It's how and where you use them.
I simply stated that his use of just was a filler word and indication of limited vocabulary.
A filler word requires it to be an unnecessary word, that does not change the sentence with its inclusion. Also, by definition, filler is inserted between the beginning the ending.. to fill space.
Still waiting IS different that waiting. It tells the reader that you have previously been waiting and that you continue to wait. It also starts the sentence, which by definition cannot be a filler.
When he told or asked.. I'm not sure because he goes back-and-forth... That I "just" look out the window.... His use of "just" is a filler word. "JUST" looking out the window is no different than looking out the window. He also meets the second criteria by inserting it between the beginning and end... of his statement or question.
When he wrote still waiting, it was not a filler word. I never said it was. I asked a question, to see if he learned.
Clearly none of you have. You continue to argue That it's correct when I never said it was incorrect, I said it was a filler word, and a sign of limited vocabulary.
You repeatedly show that I said still waiting as though starting a sentence with the word is the same as being in the middle. And a word that changes the sentence is the same as a word that doesn't change the sentence.
