This graph is totally wrong. It shows that minoxidil would give you higher hair count then finasteride don't make me laugh!

Do you want me to quote you some studies in which minoxidil produced higher hair counts than finasteride? :)

I believe you all guys should stop digging so deed into "is minoxidil better than finasteride or vice versa", "I can show you this or that study" and "but I have this graph". I don't really see the problem here, mr_xxxplosive - if you don't want to use minoxidil then don't, why do you enter in arguements with more experienced posters than you? For anybody who has browsed this forum (or any other on hairloss topic, for that matter) is clear that there will always be more than one opinion about almost any topic on this subject. The thruth is that this matter is very subjective and different people respond differently, even if they apply the same medicines in the same way, which rarely happens in reality. So for some people one drug will produce better results without exageration. Studies may also be biased - I myself have seen many controversies. The best thing to do - thrust your experience and common sense. If you don't have much experience - thrust all those more experienced posters around you. That is all there is to it.

Please do but those studies must be from an elementary school.

And Leezer, I'm not telling people not to use minoxidil! I was just trying to let people know that finasteride is way stronger then minoxidil that's all. But that doesn't mean minoxidil isn't bad it's still a hair loss treatment for a reason. And if you can put up with the hassle of Rogaine by all means do so I won't tell you no! But when I see here people constantly say that Propecia only maintains hair and minoxidil regrows that's when I had to say something so nobody is misinformed. And yes even the "experienced posters" where saying the same thing that Propecia only maintains and Rogaine regrows
