I don't see any baldness at all. Presumably you are hormonally female.

My hair was worse months ago. Pre hrt I was balding so fast even with dutasteride and oral minoxidil. Only hrt improved my hair but always with the help of dutasteride, minoxidil and possibly bica. Only estradiol would never help my hair loss because my genetic still produce a lot of DHT even without testosterone

First pic was my hair when I was 21 yo. Pre dutasteride and pre minoxidil. I was balding so bad, but that was happening since I had 16 but it speeded up at 19. Second pic after 6 months HRT. My hair was still bad but kinda better, I think CPA was making me not gain much hair since it raised my DHEA-S and my DHT was still super high which I think it was being converting by backdoor pathways. I was taking dutasteride by that time but 0.5 mg does nothing to me

Btw I didnt mean to do a 5 month update but I was bored today and decided to read this thread from November to now to see if I could find any pic from 6 months ago. It seems like my hair has improved a lot in the last 5 months wtf!?

My hair looks particularly good today, just the hair cut is a bit if a mess ngl. Higher dosages dutasteride rly did change everything. minoxidil gave me hairline gains but dutasteride at higher than standard dosages improved the diffuse, thickness and overall hair quality.

No. Even after 3 years no one suspect i take estradiol. I still have a male face just with better skin and hair and some changes in the eye area.

I always wanted to try Bica but my doctors are not comfortable prescribing it even though they continue to dispense Premarin.<rolls eyes>

Are you in Australia or Canada? But yeah, that's very skinny for being 5' 11" or so. You have little to no chance of significant breast growth with those proportions. First that is borderline, malnourished and two, most people don't get very noticeable breasts from HRT so I think you are safe there. You still have to deal with the potency and fertility issues but you can rock that long hair for all the ladies but you might not be able to bed them down<smirks playfully>
