That whole fiasco with the Spanish transgender actress was really interesting. I think the main problem was that she was enormous and didn't come close to passing or trying to even. That's not to say she isn't attractive but being attractive as a tranny is a whole different thing from being attractive as a female. The whole thing was such a surreal dopey movie even for the French.
What actress?

Not all Spanish trans women are like stupid Karla Sofia.

Presumably. There's a big difference to me between living as a transgender female and living in stealth if you are able. It's night and day in terms of experience. I would never go back to being openly transgender or claim that as my essence. I live as a hormonal female in a very close bodily approximation to cis ones even without any surgery. It's incredibly empowering but being out as transgender, you are always a sort of mascot and if you can't pass and don't have a schtick, it's a bleak, bleak lifestyle.

It may be true that not living as a woman and having the courage to fight daily to be happy and be who you truly want is for everyone, it is only for the brave. Likewise, whoever decides to take the step and live as what they are is a constant war to give in to what people say or what is in your head, no one in their right mind would decide to be trans on their own. Besides, I see a certain fear in you, if your dream or you wanted to be a woman, you would do it even if your life depended on it, why repress that? I see that you feel more like a crosdresser maybe?

AFAIK, there are a bunch of signaling pathways between Estrogen and Progesterone. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11115849/
Meaning they can regulate each other. Like in this example: Progesterone inhibits estrogen-mediated neuroprotection against excitotoxicity by down-regulating estrogen receptor-β
Progesterone may also have an antagonistic activity against estradiol, mediated through a decrease in the replenishment of the estrogen receptor, and also through increased 17 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase which leads to accelerated metabolism of estradiol to estrone in the target organ.
For optimal breast development, you need both I believe. You just need different amounts of both Estrogen and Progesterone to try and emulate cis women cycles. Also, different ratios on different Tanner stages.

I believe, yes. Both with donor and your own eggs.
My viewpoint is that being exposed to things that might do marginal things is that you don't know until you try. Flutamide might tickle your hair triggers but only give me liver damage. I also agree about hormone signaling which might again be why massive beards are incompatible with desired hair growth. Removing one's beard could conceivably improve hair regrowth by turning off the link. It certainly removes almost all of the sebum and other garbage such as DHT that ooze out from the pores of the skin.

I am all for everyone being who they are but we have to make choices in life and looking bizarre to other people is virtually never a successful path to take. People tend to prefer to be around attractive people who don't have visages and clothes and the rest that are jarring. If I didn't look better and perform better as a human being, I could slink back to the other side like I do with my family by wearing big sweaters and jackets and ditching the wig. I'm no longer embarrassed to go outside as a male but I am much more attractive pretending or what have you, to be a successful, educated fit and attractive female. The psychological headspace is intense but it's not fetish-like. If it was a fetish to fear being a female, now my fetish is no longer humiliation. It's to be super hot and successful and fun to be around. Estradiol feels 100 times better than the OCD-laden male headspace. I could pretend to be male again but I couldn't survive without the hormones.

Here's a riddle for you all: Does watching large amounts of Sissy Hypno improve hair regrowth? Placebo effect?

so i don't think you feel totally like a trans woman, you say it's better to hide because people will see you strange and people decide to surround themselves with beautiful people and not strange. what does it matter what people think? they are going to criticize you for being short, tall, fat, thin, for your nationality, your skin color, your sexual tastes, even for your economy, what the f*** does it matter what people think, live your life as you want without fear, if you want to be a woman do it, if you want to be a man do it, and if you want to wear a wig and be called donald trump do it anyway and screw people, we have not come to this world to think about others

Not super sure about that, I guess if you laser it, or peel it off with the skin. =)
You can laser darkly pigmented hair and it works very well especially when combined with estrogen. Electrolysis actually implodes the follicle but it takes a long, long, long time to get them all and it is even more excruciatingly painful than layering body hair. All of my non-hormone treatments involve serious pain.

I have a character or personage if you will, that I have carefully created. I have no deep longing to be either male or female as long as I have great hair and am attractive. I am obsessed with aesthetics in general so no, I don't want to be some raggedy tranny with pink balding hair and super long breast implants and permanent eye make up. There's nothing worse in the world to me than looking like a diva and I did somewhat about five years ago. I put away all or most of the shocking clothing and makeup because that only outs you when you do tranny makeup.

I'm upper middle class without tattoos who tries to fit and you don't have many trannys in that category. My voice is naturally high and usually in the female register so that is unusual too. The deep voiced woman thing freaks people out especially if they are turning from the other direction. I saw a chick who is a transgender helicopter pilot in the army and she is exceptionally attractive and then I heard her voice and I was like, "oh no!" It was so jarring and women don't like deep voices in their personal spaces nor do they want women with beards and underarm hair hanging out in the restroom. I only report what we all know to be true. Most of us feel sympathy towards transgender people because the vast majority of them look so terrible if they start after 22 because we know that they are deeply unsettled to do that to themselves. <crosses self>. Mother Mary bless us all but also defend us from foolishness.

Everything you've said is social stuff assigned to the socially assigned gender. There are many cis women with a lot of hair, or deep voices, or very tall, or very masculine. And because of that they are less of a woman? Not all women are polite, fine, and Disney princesses. Although it's true that I try to fit in, to go unnoticed, to be silent, polite, and feminine, I suppose because of the references and exposure I've always had, but if it weren't like that there would be nothing wrong with it, there are women and men of all types just as there are feminine men, who have soft voices, or who use e2, that doesn't make them less of a man. It's just social stuff.

I never said any of those things but virtually no cis-females have dark voices. I don't support transgender people being in the limelight or taking controversial positions or playing with XX's. That was the stupidest idea in history and it greatly damaged all trans people and put them at risk. Nobody was even paying attention until Bruce Jenner changed his name and then the ridiculous 6' 4" woman on the Penn swim team that resembled Kramer doing karate with children. I am libertarian but very little good comes from highlighting all of this disfunction. Nobody could even tell unless they previously knew them, who transsexual women were. They were all required to take feminizing HRT and to get surgery and there were major gate keepers. Maybe those gatekeepers had benefits as well as negatives but....

This doesn't mean that a person can't actually become a female using hormones. You don't get pregnant or menstruate but visually you are cis looking and you are able to have sex three different ways. That's pretty close without any surgery. People relate to you as they perceive you so stealth is essential.
