you still need to wear wigs because you still jack off 4 times a day
Eh. I have neither the inclination nor anything graspable to "jack". To the extent that I had any fetishes, they all started to seem incredibly stupid and pointless now so the irony is that anyone who does "this" as a fetish soon finds that they cannot make the idea exciting any longer. My only "fetish" is to be the best person and lawyer that I can and perhaps to help others. You have neither case nor cause to insult me or say sexual things to me without my consent. Grow up and be a man. Men are gentlemen without snark or malice.

I have zero fat on my stomach. I practically carry no fat in my body, just a bit on the butt, but not much

actually you sick fuckkk i do have case and cause due to the fact that i, and many others here, were subjected to a bombardment of your fetishistic selfies in the only place online where we can find a legitimate cure for our illness. i’ll never be able to get what i saw of you out of my mind.

I still remember some ppl telling me I was gonna get fat from low T and high e2. 3 years after I am as lean as I was on 1011 ng/dl T and 60 ng/dl DHT, just a bit of less muscle and more breast tissue. I weight even less now than before

you didn’t have to see my *** in a thong sucking a lollypop with red lipstick on an elderly man
Again, I no longer resemble that person in any way. That person was on here up to 20 hours a day and essentially never slept or worked or left the house. Some times miracles happen in life if you trust in Goddess in humility and faith.

I defend nothing or no one from the past except to say that I hardly think that sucking on a lolly pop is a mortal sin. The very thing that brought me back to this hellhole is that I had the link on an old lap top and I noticed that someone was using my likeness as an avatar. That's kind of cool and flattering.

@Esquire Janey I would like to know you opinion about female pattern hair loss too, they lost hair in diffuse pathern even with high levels of estradiol, why you think that happens?

There used to be a fair number of cis-women on here and they would DM me and the stories are heartbreaking and often, seemingly untreatable. Even though more is better in terms of estradiol for XY's who want changes, for some reason, loading up on estrogen doesn't work for cis-females and they often have little success similar to males on here. Either they don't give them enough estrogen and spironolactone in my opinion or the estrogen receptors are unresponsive to more estrogen since they have been flooded with it their entire lives.

Often doctors fear breast cancer to such an extent that they never prescribe enough estrogen. Blood clots are also a worry if you exceed levels for a long time<raises hand>

There do seem to be two types among white females. In one, probably androgen-driven, they have clear temple recession. In the other, it is so diffuse and circular that it seems more see through than bald, if that makes sense. You notice it more from above but this happens everywhere. Perhaps its a rare sort of inflammation linked to estrogen so estrogen has very few effects on the hair as opposed to the rest of the body. It's a fascinating question to me. The women with the temporal recession should respond to using significant amounts of estrogen. Some woman also experience something not often spoken about and that is essentially run-away breast growth that never stops over the decades. It's more common to reach a plateau and then barely grow any further. But these women somehow are generating simply enormous amounts of breast tissue to the point where they can barely lug them around and manage them. So what causes this? It's rare in people using female hormones who are XY's and for most women.

All of these sex hormones are structurally similar but each of us reacts differently to them. I have had clear and consistent feminization that is ongoing but I might be an exceptional responder to estradiol. I assume that this is more or less what my identical twin sister would look like. This whole topic is fascinating.

we are in the same boat.I think that kind of hair loss can be multifactorial.Im now taking a multivitamin and a vitamin D supplement(since its linked to diffuse hair loss) and a topical corticosteroid few times a week.Diffuse hair loss can be Telogen Effluvium or Chronic Telogen Effluvium. I think that diffuse hair loss that is androgenetic gets easly reversed by dutasteride min and so on.
I think theres something else going on.
I still remember 3-4 yrs ago when i had this f*****g crap of diffuse hair loss i tought ok thats easy cause diffuser are often hyperesponder… and at the end im here lol

You ever did a scalp biopsy? I think I will do one soon because I really suspect this diffuse thinning coming from auto immune disease

C'mon, S.G. There's nothing that I see that indicates anything problematic with your hair nor with any hair loss. You still know a lot and have interesting ideas but you know, some people don't like it when you worry so openly when they would do anything to have your hair. You should be out having fun with the other beautiful people and not on here!

Perhaps its a rare sort of inflammation linked to estrogen so estrogen has very few effects on the hair as opposed to the rest of the body.
Sad thing is, Estradiol is pro-inflammatory too.
The 6 new findings suggest pro-inflammatory action with all being positively associated with circulating estradiol: serum amyloid P (SAP), soluble IL-1 receptor 2 (sIL-1RII), resistin, chemokine (C–C motif) ligand-21 (CCL21), basic fibroblast growth factor (FGF2), and IL-6
That's one of the reasons why taking progestins help some women with thinning, cause they mediate inflammatory effects of estrogen domination.
Overall, im pretty sure that inflammation is the main cause of any hairloss, because its a predecessor of every disorder from hair cycle disruption to any autoimmune disorder (fungal, viruses, allergies, you name it).
The difference between male and female hairloss is basically that women need PCOS to make a lot of andogens, and men make them by default. The other minor difference is skull anatomy, because of it women are more prone to diffuse thinning.
Other causes are the same for both: CAH and ncCAH, Prolactin, Estrogens (as mentioned above), stress, digestive issues/bad diet, and, in some cases, gene mutations.

My hair looks particularly good today, just the hair cut is a bit if a mess ngl. Higher dosages dutasteride rly did change everything. minoxidil gave me hairline gains but dutasteride at higher than standard dosages improved the diffuse, thickness and overall hair quality.

We have all of this jargon. Nothing like about debating these guys: Telogen Effluvium or Chronic Telogen Effluvium or being a hyperresponster which I think was Chandler's job on friends.
