I see nothing wrong with the bearded guy. He looks like a nice fella. Stop judging and being so dramatic about looks. And frankly people couldnt care less how much or how little hair you have on your head. We are our worst enemy in the end. Balding and thinning is normal in our society its nothing new. Get over it.
It's okay, but it's not attractive. I want to be the best version of myself, not go bald and turn into a typical ugly guy over 40.

Reminded me of the post I recently found. Digestive issues could actually contribute to DHT upregulation.
Bile Acid-Mediated DHT Dysregulation Hypothesis
So. in short, if you have any digestive issues symptoms like bloating, heartburn, stool problems, stomach pains etc., there's a pretty high chance that you also have bile isssues (as a cause, or as a result). And if your bile doen't flow correctly, or is malabsorbant, bile acids will accumulate in blood and upregulate DHT ("DHT stays active longer in tissues and it can nearly double local DHT levels") via AKR1C2 enzyme inhibition.
Post didn't mention how you deal with this, but I suspect the same treatment as cholestasis and liver dysfunction. So a lot of fiber (basically fruits and veggies) and vegetable oils to thin bile and stimulate its excretion, and reduce animal fats to lower cholesterol in it.
Yeah wouldnt surprise me if I have one of these things. I've had H pylori 2 times within 5 years( last time was few months ago)with chronic gastritis. Will also test for SIBO this Tuesday. I am indeed bloated 24/7 so I have no doubt my DHT issues could be related to intestinal issues

I was so drunk with 2 friends a few days ago and fell to the ground and hurt myself. and lost my keys to my apartment. They had to drill the lock and replace it. Got a tasty bill from that. Im deffo quitting that poison called alcohol from now on. My keys and my phone is now securely attatched to my pants so that sh*t wont happen ever again. I have lost cards and phone when being drunk before. Alcohol is still bad for healthy hair growth.

Also have unintentional weight loss and Hemoglobin of 10 g/dL and hematocrit on 30%(or 0.3 l/l) with normal ferritin, iron and b12 levels, low creatinine and creatinine kinase.

Everything points to malnutrition even tho I eat normally, so yeah some form of gut issue for sure

The single best thing that helped me with SIBO and bloating is Saccharomyces boulardii. Its a probiotic, I also take it atm with antibiotics (against H.pylori) to avoid dysbacteriosis. Medication is called "Enterol", dunno if you have it where you live tho.
I have heard about that yeast. It seems like it is very good for those issues. Will def try for sure, but first I will see how the SIBO test goes

Ye, seems like malnutrition, mb folic acid deficiency too.
Folic acid used to be within normal ranges but I haven't tested since august 30, 2024 so yeah it could be low now.
Ye, gastrointestinal isssues are pain, especially figuring them out. Hope you'll succeed in it.
Yeah I have been dealing with these issues for years without any fix. My sister has been treating these issues too for like 5-6 years, she is getting some improvements but she has so much restrictions in what she eat. Indeed very difficult to get rid of gastrointestinal issues and it has such a big impact in how your body functions.
Hope you'll succeed in it.
TYSM!

There's definitely some correlation between having a sister and having strong hairloss anxiety. =)
I too have a sister, and she always mocked my hair until I got on HRT. Now she says that it's her fault and trying to find me a therapist.
Yeah same, my sister always had better hair than me(tho she never mentioned anything about my hairloss) till I found a good regimen that works for me. After that I prob have better hair than her, but idk my hair looks awkward even if I have more hair than her. I guess hair cut issues x).

What it is fascinating to me is that she had puberty issues and she have very low estradiol since she was very young. She is now 20 and still facing these issues still no hair loss whatsoever even tho she has gastro issues as well as low e2. Just lucky ig.

Ye, It seems even one gene can make a whole difference.
Yeah I think that too.
My sister always had great hair, mine is nothing in comparison. I guess this is why all the mockage. On HRT I actually look like a scuffed version of her. =)
Lmao I am the uncanny version of my sister, but if I was a woman I would mog her hard

appearance matters. get over it. life is too hard in other ways to accept being disgusted by my reflection, i couldn't take it anymore at a certain point. seeing my hair, my face, get better little by little: this makes my life worth living.
