If your comfortable with how you will look shave or buzz it very close, maybe grow some stubble/beard, it can be a good look for some guys and get on with life... if your not then yeah you could try big3 for a year and see what results you get, your still young and may get excellent results...

you can try asking your GP for a prescription, or contact spex who can put you in touch with a private gp who will prescribe it, you could try the internet some people recommend inhousepharmacy, I haven't used them so dont know, Or you can buy propecia from boots the chemist but its bit expensive.

You have similar hair to me, I am considering finasteride, but worried too, I think I'll probably give it a go, at least I know I tried then... I buzz my hair and cut one grade shorter at back and sides where it is thicker and grows faster, eg 2 top 1 back sides, or you could do 1.5 top 1 back sides ...

I'm 39 and still have little body hair too... but am still balding. I can't grow a full beard or sideburns and only have about 6 hairs on my chest, I don't have back hair, my arm and leg hair is very fine too. I always thought I wouldn't loss my hair as I associated it with hairy men with loads...
