I have got small lump under my nipple from finasteride 1mg but i had it before and it goes away after stopping so thats not a big deal

I am same when on propecia ,a bit of memory loss or better to say lack of concentration ,lower libido,insomnia ,but at the end they are not that bad i deal with them as there is nothing else to keep my hair,the best thing is to go with 1 mg for few months then reduce the dose to half for a few...

Ofcourse finasteride is dose dependant,take 1 mg for 6 months then cut it to half and see the difference,there is no safe break from finasteride but as i have had several breaks i can say that the 1 year time is when you go back to where you would be without finasteride at best though
