Go to a doctor if you are worried and post photos of your hair dry. Nearly everybody's hair looks worse while wet, though definitely it is no thick :) Go to a specialist, check your hair, get answers ;)

It is just your hair. Most people with blond hair look like that. I think it is juz because you are not used to the way your hair look short. Don't worry, you're not balding. Just yet! :P
