    Hair Multiplication Update:Histogen!

ooo I actually got a response from them lol. It was about their presentation at the dermatology conference... "Thank you for your interest and message. In response to your inquiry, no new data was released at the recent event so it is unlikely there will be any announcements around that...

    Just Buzzed

That's awesome. I'm very curious to see what I look like buzzed, but I'm kind of scared to do it lol. Once I get too thin on top though I will for sure do it.

    Propecia and 5AR1

That is interesting... how come this is so? Why does a drug need to block type 1 5AR in order to block more of type 2 5AR? Why can't finasteride or dutasteride be formulated in a way that blocks 98%-99% of type 2 5AR without blocking type 1 5AR? I guess I'm just wondering if it is POSSIBLE...

Nope, not that I'm aware of. I would have hoped they'd update their website with info from that presentation but guess not...

Everything we need to know about Androgen Receptors

Hey finasteride, I posted this on the previous page but no response... I don't know if you can answer it, but I'll post it again: So essentially I get HOW CB/antagonists bind to the androgen receptor, and that they have a higher affinity for the androgen receptor compared to Test/DHT. I don't...

Where to get Nizoral Shampoo in Toronto (Canada) area?

Do you have to buy it online? The 2% is available at pretty much any Shoppers Drug Mart... do you live near one? I also saw it available at the Rexall pharmacy so its probably available at most drug stores. The 60ml I found was around $10, and the 120ml was around $17.

Question about the biology of Test/DHT/5AR

Thanks Bryan... been doing some more research on enzymes and its making a bit more sense to me. One thing I was reading about was the rates at which enzymes convert the substrate to the product as well as when an enzyme becomes saturated... so when 5AR becomes saturated because there are such...

Everything we need to know about Androgen Receptors

Yeah this was my concern... because say CB binds to the androgen receptor, then the androgen receptor "goes away" for a while until a new one is generated. How quickly this happens is what I kind of wanted to know, because if a new androgen receptor is generated and there is no CB present, we...

Everything we need to know about Androgen Receptors

I'm trying to understand this, but it's hurting my brain ! I think I get the first parts of it - how the androgens enter the cell and then bind to the androgen receptor. After that, I get kind of lost but thats ok... My main question is in regards to something like CB, where it binds to the...

Question about the biology of Test/DHT/5AR

When 5ARII enzyme converts Test to DHT, what exactly occurs? 1) Does the 5ARII enzyme "bond" to the testosterone, which becomes DHT. DHT is thus essentially a combination of 5ARII + TEST. Then there is no more 5ARII enzyme until the body produces more... OR 2) Does the 5ARII enzyme attach to...
