No way man, a high, slightly receded, hairline doesn't equate with baldness to most girls. They still love guys like Daniel Craig, Joel McHale and Michael Fassbender. However once the crown starts to go, it's game over and they're all 'Ewwww he's old and ugly!'

Looks like normal hair for a 33 year old. Keep an eye on it and if it gets any worse look into starting on propecia and rogaine. Btw, many guys here will tell you that you're a Norwood 3 and if you don't get on propecia immediately you'll be bald by christmas...ignore them
