You seem too young and normal for treatments already. Try supplements and shampoos if you want and probably have a better and shorter haircut done (?). You reminded me of Leonard and he is not taking finasteride nor minoxidil.

If you try supplements, shampoos, haircut and still worried talk to your dermatologist about that (I suppose you to have one due to psoriasis).
However psoriais seems to be a serious matter, I insist: talk with your dermatologist before starting any treatment. For me you look fine. Congratulations.

I'm having the same thing, hair thinning a lot on the right side of my scalp. Let me know if you find why.

I started noticing slight thinning on my right side as well when I was 21. Since then my hair has gotten thinner and the left side began to mimic the right. I would make an appointment with a dermatologist so he can give you a better idea. Trust me it's a simple easy thing to do and you can better predict your hairs outcome. I wish I went when I was 21 and started propecia a lot earlier.

Also thinning rapidly on one side of my head. Also diffuse shedding all over and in my hairline. So I went to a derm and she told me it was Telogen Effluvium + male pattern baldness.

Here is what I've listed as to what could cause this.

Telogen Effluvium
Retrograde Alopecia
DUPA
Medication
Fungal Infection
Thyroid

First I would go get your blood test done, if it comes back clear go see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

You have male pattern baldness, not doubt about it. Plus you are like a NW2 already. And not only are your temples receding, but also your entire hairline which is probably why you are still not sure if you have hairloss.

Yeah dead srs, sorry bro.

Some poeple here will tell you that you are not balding but these are probably the same people who only realized they were balding when they were NW3.

If you get on finasteride now you should be able to stop your hairloss. But if you want to be 100% certain, post some pics with your hair wet, like just got out of the shower wet and ill be able to tell you for sure.

Just looked at pics again, dont even need a wet pic bro, I'm 100% certain. Your entire hairline is so back and I can see thinning in the middle of the hairline. I wonder if your entire hairline hadn't receded if you would be a NW3.

Get on finasteride like now

You are not balding. Dont listen to him. Nice haircut. The shorter, the better to diagnose and the easier to care. However, the only one able to diagnose and give you treatment is a dermatologist. You are no longer a child hairline starts to mature at 20s.

And please remember about your psoriasis, it is probably your skin is not able to take some treatments. I would bet minoxidil is bad to a psoriasis skin and finasteride is not for you yet because of your age and because you are not balding.

I would go to a dermatologist and tell your worries, nevertheless you look nice. Try alternative and hygienic-dietary treatments meanwhile and wait for a dermatologist's opinion about starting a more agressive treatment.

Keep us updated. ;)

I think you look fine!

You have a red and a guy with only 1 post telling you that you are not balding.

Choose the advice that you think is right

LOL this is not a competition, save your testosterone.

I said that in my opinion he is not balding. My opinion is as subjective as yours. In addition, I have a red because some guys believed I can't have persisting sides from propecia. I only told my real history and asked for help, I am not an anti-finasteride and I respect everybody. Though I can't tell finasteride worked for me, I am trustworthy.

Anyway, my advice is that he has to go to a dermatologist. Is there actually any better advice? Undoubtedly there is not. And he has psoriasis, you should watch your advices out...

Just go to a dermatologist and have them evaluate it.
That is. Go to a dermatologist to know about your certain hairloss diagnose and above all to know the compatible treatments with your already sure disease, Psoriasis. Stay positive Tenorio1994 ;)

Well I'm assuming you have a naturally high forehead already, but there is noticeable miniaturization along your hairline along with your sides looking quite thin; it honestly looks like your hair has already began to thin and recede so IMO since it appears you're thinning/receding that you're more than likely starting to bald. It might help to add a picture of your crown because your hairline as is could simply be a "mature hairline" whereas if your crown is also thinning its very likely to be male pattern baldness.

The last set of pics he posted shows some recession. I would say if not sure, it wouldn't hurt to see a Dr. and get his or her opinion.
