hello all,
27 year old here with temple recession and thinning at the front of my head, was really hoping for an analysis of my situation and advice going forward. noticed the temple recession about 1.5 years ago but it was only very slight then, the thinning at the front i would say has become more obvious over the past 6 months. i had the front cut shorter in order to try and sport some kind of french crop, it works.....just. but not for long. im not sure about all the technical terms as of yet but im sure there's a lot of 'miniaturization' going on.
all im really doing to prevent it getting worse at the moment is eating clean, training hard (i play football/do mma), occasionally get some coconut oil out the cupboard, MSM, i have the Groganics DHT blocker too. i know these are all futile really and the reality is that finasteride/minoxidil etc are the suitable weapons of choice. a hair transplant down the line is something i would strongly consider.
credit to all of you who support and guide users through their hair loss woes here, and i hope all of you are coping as best as you can with your hair loss issues.
look forward to hearing from some of you, if more/better pics are needed just ask and i can do it straight away. appreciate it, j
