"...one 8-ounce glass of milk provides the same amount of vitamin D you'd get from 3.5 ounces of cooked salmon, as much calcium as 2 1/4 cups of broccoli, as much potassium as a small banana, as much vitamin A as two baby carrots and as much phosphorus as a cup of kidney beans!"

Seems "natural" enough.

My take, DHT only affects blood flow to the scalp.
Hi! I have the feeling to take your side on this. I have red some of your links, may you just explain me please, I didn't really understand - how should I massage my scalp?
Another thing is - I've changed my menu to Asian food only - Rice, Soy beans, Tofu, Salmon, Tuna, Low fat chicken, Soy milk, Vegetables of course and Green Tea. This food contain big amount of Estrogen, should I stop eating Soy, Tofu? I've heard the researches against soy are 'fabricated so the cow milk companies will not lose money.
One important thing about this diet - My hair got better look and seems to be fuller, also my face akne has stopped - A month ago, before I stopped eating meat, cheese, milk and more high fat foods, my face and hair would get oily every hour and a half, so I had to wash them over and over for couple of years now with Antibacterial face soap just to get rid of the zits. I actually feel a difference. I'm still horny btw so no worries about this. At the start it was pretty hard to get used to Asian food on daily basis for me, but now I just love it! It's also very cheap and easy to make.

What is your opinion on this?

Do you think moroccan oil can cause troubles or hair loss if using on a daily basis?

hi Jacob25.
It's good if you have a positive response to diet but it's no assurance. Most do not. There are only a few studies to support this approach. I don't believe meat contributes to hair loss but red meat contributes to CVDs if your diet is unbalanced. Soy products aren't bad IF you don't make it your staple. Anything that's too much is bad. I wouldn't know much about oils. Morrocan and olive oil is one and the same right? Sometimes, the good things we hear about, in particular, olive oils, are blown out of proportion by the industries themselves.

Massage is no assurance either because male pattern baldness is multifactorial But I do believe ALL who wear short or buzzed hair should apply it. It's completely unnatural to to wear short hair. Brushing long hair regularly has a massaging effect much like the way women do it every night and in the morning. I use a dry soft towel to massage my scalp to mimic a brushing effect before sleeping and again in the morning. Armandein is very focused on sebum issues. You may want to read his posts and his website.

My lifestyle is sedentary to semi-sedentary but I try to brisk walk/walk few miles almost daily. What is so bad about milk and dairy products then freakout? Don't you think balanced healthy food matters the most.
If you think drinking milk is natural and can balance your diet, fine. Be my guest. The estrogen levels in cow's milk is four times that of humans. That's why it;s implicated with prostate cancer.

You'll most probably laugh if I say sitting down can kill you. Just a much, you'll say I'm an idiot if I say sitting down can cause male pattern baldness, right?

You'll probably say I'm nuts for disputing decades of advice from health experts that daily exercises prevents CVDs which are associated with male pattern baldness.

You're lifestyle falls under sedentary. Daily brisk walk won't help prevent CVDs. I'm nuts right? Read this to the letter:
http://www.cnn.com/2011/HEALTH/06/24/si ... index.html
I almost thought it was lifted from the book until I read it entirely. It's missing key elements and may not apply to male pattern baldness but it's the closest that ever got to the book.

Thank you for your reply. Your information is very very helpful.
The problem is that Soy products do contain high level of Estrogen (Does cow Estrogen and Nature Plants Estrogen are the same?)
I haven't brushing my hair in that past 5 years because i thought it caused me hair loss when pulling my hair. I will start doing it right now. Thanks again mate.

Hi friend! I must ask you, I know that tofu soy products do contain high amounts of Estrogen, Does it the same as the cow milk? I think the researches against soy are wrong and it's kind of lies that the milk companies publish through 'researches'. is that possible?

Sometimes the things we hear around are played up due to vested interests. It's difficult for us laymen to pit one data with another.

One of the best sources of credible data would be here:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

At the top, enter a querry and search. It could make your brain spin with all those data.
