Hi! I have the feeling to take your side on this. I have red some of your links, may you just explain me please, I didn't really understand - how should I massage my scalp?
Another thing is - I've changed my menu to Asian food only - Rice, Soy beans, Tofu, Salmon, Tuna, Low fat chicken, Soy milk, Vegetables of course and Green Tea. This food contain big amount of Estrogen, should I stop eating Soy, Tofu? I've heard the researches against soy are 'fabricated so the cow milk companies will not lose money.
One important thing about this diet - My hair got better look and seems to be fuller, also my face akne has stopped - A month ago, before I stopped eating meat, cheese, milk and more high fat foods, my face and hair would get oily every hour and a half, so I had to wash them over and over for couple of years now with Antibacterial face soap just to get rid of the zits. I actually feel a difference. I'm still horny btw so no worries about this. At the start it was pretty hard to get used to Asian food on daily basis for me, but now I just love it! It's also very cheap and easy to make.
What is your opinion on this?
Do you think moroccan oil can cause troubles or hair loss if using on a daily basis?
